In day-today’s busy routine and unhealthy lifestyle it is so difficult to take care of your skin. Your skin texture depends on your daily diet, your mental health and your daily routine. Your lifestyle and habits decides your skin texture. Keep your skin moisturized and clean. Try to maintain proper daily skin care.  diet  and some tips can transform your skin within a week. So let’s talk about diet first.

  1. It’s very important to stay hydrated. Drink water as much as you can. You can take coconut water or detox water. 
  2. Try to avoid oily and spicy food. No more junk food. Oily and spicy food cause acne and irritation. Makes you lazy and fat. It will cause stomach infections and skin infections. only.
  3. Try to take fruits like watermelon, papaya, oranges, pineapple and cucumber etc.
  • Watermelon – high water content and protects you from UV damage and dryness.
  • Oranges – Contains vitamin C which is good for your skin, reduces aging and prevents you from acne and scars.
  • Pineapple – contains Vitamin C helps to maintain skin elasticity and work as an antioxidant. Helps to brighten your skin.
